The Spot
Where Children
Achieve More
Central Texas Therapy Spot was established in 2018 as a pediatric clinic to meet the needs of the community. Our mission is to provide quality therapy to assist children in reaching their full potential. Central Texas Therapy Spot is the pursuit of a lifelong dream of providing children the best start in life and the ability to help shape a successful future.
Our speech therapy assists children in all areas of communication, feeding and swallowing. We provide ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologists who screen, assess, identify, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, swallowing and feeding problems for children birth-21 years of age.
Our occupational therapy assists children with all aspects of activities of daily living. We provide board certified Occupational Therapists who offer individualized evaluations to assess and treat a child's functional and developmental skills.
For speech therapy services, we accept most private insurances and self-pay clients. For occupational therapy services, we accept self-pay clients.

What People Are Saying About Us
Meredith C.
Parent
We met Amy during a particularly difficult time in our lives. My son was not speaking or engaging the way other children his age were and it was clear there were things that needed to be addressed. I had a lot of anxiety going into our first session, but Amy put me at ease almost immediately. She was positive, encouraging, patient, and kind. My son responded to her better than I could have hoped and to this day she can pull things out of him that even I can’t. We love Amy and we are so incredibly thankful for her! She truly has a heart for healing and helping, and it shows!

We cannot say enough good things about Central Texas Therapy Spot and their therapists! My son started seeing Amy for speech concerns and by working with their team and with their insight, we realized very quickly that both of our children could benefit from speech/occupational therapy for their various diagnoses. We have seen a dramatic change in our son’s speech with the help of Amy and he has made great progress in his patience and focus with the help of Lauren.
Our daughter has Auditory Processing Disorder and Jilinda is the only SLP in this area that is qualified to work with an Audiologist and provide therapy for this disorder. We also recently added Lauren and OT to her treatment plan. We can already see an impact in the classroom and on her schoolwork!
All of the therapists are truly so patient with the kids and make each visit with them fun, even though they are actually learning! We really owe all of these ladies the world for taking such great care of our kids and we hope they know how much of an impact they will have on their lives.

Amy has been one of the greatest blessings to our little boy, Cruz. He lights up at just the sound of her name & can't contain his excitement to see her every visit. The improvement in his speech development & overall behavior over the last 2 years has been amazing to watch & we really owe it all to her. Not only has she taught Cruz so much, we've learned different strategies to use at home so we were all working together to really help him get up to speed. As new parents, especially of a child with a significant speech delay, we really needed that guidance & will be forever grateful! Amy is endlessly patient, caring, smart & has such a genuine love for kids. Cruz adores her, we adore her & wouldn't trade her for anything in the world!
